Voters in Moldova return to the polls on November 28 for the country’s third parliamentary elections in less than two years.

Preşedintele Traian Băsescu s-a exprimat, joi, pentru înlocuirea trupelor ruse din Transnistria cu forţe ale Uniunii Europene de menţinere a păcii. Într-un interviu acordat Televiziunii Române, Băsescu a subliniat totodată că nu ar fi benefică o implicare de trupe româneşti în Transnistria.
